This rosé is fresh and pretty on the nose with aromatics of strawberry, cherry and rose petals. It is light and elegant on the palate, with ripe berry fruit flavours and underlying notes of orange and citrus. This rosé has a beautiful, round and delicate mouthfeel which is complemented by its bright
acidity, leading to a refreshing and crisp finish.
Rosé is an incredibly versatile wine to pair with food. It’s perfect to serve on its own as an aperitif or with light appetizers, charcuterie and cheese. Also, pair with dishes such as grilled salmon, turkey burgers, chicken, pizza and seared tuna.
A decision made by the winemaking team during harvest happily brought our first Estate Rosé. This Pinot Noir block was farmed for sparkling wine production, and after review, the winemakers elected to allow three rows to ripen for rosé wine production. Hand harvested and pressed shortly after minimal skin contact as the goal was a pale, copper toned rosé. Fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels until bottling, the Pinot Noir Rosé is a welcomed addition to the portfolio.
