This is only the third time this wine has been produced, reserved for the very best vintages in Niagara. This blend has expressive aromas of black cherry, raspberry and blackberry, with complex notes of sage, cigar box and clove. It is concentrated on the palate with ripe, berry fruit flavours, complemented by toasted oak and spice characteristics. It is rich and powerful on the palate, with impressive tannins, structure and acidity. This full-bodied wine will continue to develop and evolve with proper aging, making it the perfect wine to lay down in your cellar.
Drinking best between 2020 - 2028.
