Concentrated dried apricot, some lychee fruit and spice aromas. Mid-weight on the palate with fruit forward flavours and a balanced finish.
Hand harvested from the tiny sloping Zuzek vineyard on a chilly November evening. Gently pressed, fermented cool and aged in stainless steel for before final filtration and bottling.
