This juicy white is a fun blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio (two of the wines that we do best!), made from grapes grown in selected Niagara vineyards. The clarified juice that results from these grapes is cool-fermented before aging and blending in our cellar. The finished wine is sealed in a 3L box, and stays fresh up to six weeks after it is opened! Cheers!
