Winemaking Notes

Sourced from three separate vineyard blocks within our two vineyards, picked over a period of two weeks. Grapes were gently pressed, settled, and fermented at cold temperature in stainless steel. After fermentation the wines were combined, cold stabilized, sterile filtered and bottled.
