This wine is fruit-driven with aromatics of golden delicious apple, fresh pineapple, melon, and kiwi notes. Fresh on the palate, this wine has great texture while maintaining its bright acidity on the flavourful finish.
Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to help retain the fresh fruit aromatics and flavours that had developed in the vineyard. The individual vineyard components that make up the final blend for this wine were kept on their lees to help build richness on the palate. The wines did not undergo malo-lactic fermentation in order to help preserve their vibrant acidity and freshness. The wines were racked off their lees and combined just prior to bottling.
