We are famous for producing some of Niagara’s best Pinot Gris! Our Estate Bottled Pinot Gris, now in its second vintage, is quickly becoming our new best seller in the retail store and amongst our restaurant partners.
Medium straw in color with layered aromatics of poached pears, pineapple, cantaloupe and baked apples. Round on the palate with good richness and freshness, followed by a flavourful finish.
Selected from our Estate vineyards, the grapes were picked and given a short cold-soak with their skins prior to pressing. After a gentle press cycle, the cold settled juice was fermented in both stainless steel (at cool temperatures) and in neutral barrels at warmer temperatures. After fermentation the wines were kept on lees for three months then combined, filtered and bottled.
